Our commission rates per property is different. Before publishing a property for sale, an agreement is made between the seller and us committing to the commission/pre-payment. For the buyer before onsite inspection an agreement is made for a standard commission charge on the final sale price exclusive of stamp duty charges. These agreements are made to not only protect our clients but us do.
