Paron's R&D division is providing full property research including its title, soil reports, surveys, etc providing a potential buyer with all the required information prior to purchasing a property. Along with this for developers we provide a specific development report for an analysis on project development costs, market competition and project feasibility. Currently this service is only operational in Gurugram, Delhi & North Goa.
Following below is a step by step procedure for inspection and analysis for a property in North Goa.

On Site Inspection
Our team conducts an onsite survey, a drone survey, surrounding analysis & soil report testing. Along with this we collect all required property documents pertaining to the title and dimensions.

Title Inspection & Survey Analysis
Full documentation is checked and a title chain is made to understand the flow of the property and its traceable origin. We also check for possibilities of property claim, survey imposition and zoning.

Collective Report
A thorough report is built pointing out properties pros and cons along with required documents or procedures for a more clear title/ progress of sale.

Buyer / Client Consultancy
A one to one consultation with the client/buyer is done to make them understand about the properties analysis result and if the property is clear for sale. The team also manages the sales procedure of the property if required by the client which includes agreement drafting & registration.
